Yesterday as I was leaving work, I got in my car and it read 133. Not kidding, 133. I had to take a picture to prove this. I am sorry but that is INSANELY HOT! My car doesn't lie. It did go down to 109 as I drove because I thought it may be broken?? Nope. It was 133 in my car around 4pm. It is Sept. 17 this is not normal. Now you say why I complain and HATE the sun and HEAT?
I hear you mama, this heat needs to get the heck out of Phoenix before I hurt someone. I often take pictures like that when leaving work too. I park in the parking garage some days just to avoid the heat. :)
ReplyDeleteI agree Amy it makes us Nuts! Our garage we have a wait list... depending on how long you have worked for UOP. I am #84 out of 897 in line. So actually that is pretty good compared to all my co-workers. Been here over 4 yrs. For now- I have to park far away in the blazing sun. But I should get a car windshield cover.
